Breathtaking! Rajasthan is full of history and culture reflected in soaring seemingly impregnable forts and beautiful palaces; it is a desert land filled with colour and vibrancy - the pink city of Jaipur, the blue city of Jodhpur, the golden city of Jaisailmer (to name but a few) - this tour encompasses it all. We visit the holy city of Pushkar with its pundits, temples and ghats; we see ancient merchants' houses with beautiful wall paintings, some sadly slowly disintegrating forever.

At Bikaner we include a camel safari - watch the sun going down over the dunes and return to an evening of food, dance and music around the camp fire.
